This is the second part of the oak log used to make the other XL salad bowl. It has a different shape because the log was more irregular on this side.

 This unique, handcrafted 17cm oak bowl was actually a colander from a woodturning workshop... So I filled the holes one by one with homemade wood filler to avoid any salad dressing or other disasters.
 Its rapid drying gives it an elliptical shape which gives it its unique character.
